The image if requested to use for commercial use would be required to contact the artist.
However... Feel free to use the texture for the moons for whatever the fuck you want EXCEPT to claim as your own. (commercial use of the texture of the link I am about to provide is OK. [link]
Took roughly 10-17 hours of work if taken in account of the textures I made. Photoshop CS For the textures I used many images from NASA Visible Earth and manipulated them. For the Nebulas I just used a chunk of marble. Marble has very nice nebula textures.
The Story --------------------------------------------------------------------------
The star system is roughly 2.9 Billion years of age, the star is a Trinary system (look closely in the distance you can see a feeble star in the background, the biggest star in the back ground) would be the other parent. The main star is a K7 spectrum type while the other parent is a M red dwarf star. You will notice that the shadows on the some of the moons tend to be very subtle, the 3d Trinary star far off in the distance sometimes lights up the shadows a bit ( depending on the location) the Trinary Star is another M dwarf.
Celinia and Uloria are both habitable para-terraformed moons. They both have masses roughly that of Mercury. Their magnetosphere is too feeble to keep the atmosphere from being stripped from solar wind, so after the terraforming process they needed to build a transparent world dome around these worlds. The substances used to construct the world dome may have to be made out of a self healing polymer.
I will be doing an artist concept of a paratarraformed world. But as of now I know some examples. [link]
I will later also do a Gas Giant for a family picture for this moon system once I learn how do create a realistic gas planet.
That's a really beautiful piece, I especially like the planet textures and the colors. The marble texture was clever too, looks very convincing as gas clouds.
I am however going to do even more detail work on the closer up moon though.
Also stay tuned for my next piece, almost complete and also based within this moon system! coming up tomorrow morning if not TONIGHT!
